Please when you purchase digital downloads, make sure to click the links of the downloads and save them to your files because they will expire in your email in 24 hours. If need be we will resend them for you! Just email us.

Anywhere between 10-14 days. However, this could vary if you do not submit the required paperwork to start or finish the project.
