The Elevate Her Social Summit is a two-part event that aims to educate and empower current and aspiring women in business. The first part is a workshop-style summit that includes a marketing keynote, and interactive breakout groups on marketing and systems, branding, and productivity. This workshop will be led by guest experts in each field and will also include breakout sessions for personalized attention and action plan development. Participants will also have access to personalized materials such as worksheets, an action plan, and even fresh, updated head shots by our professional photographer. You will leave this part of the summit INSTANTLY feeling elevated along with a concrete 90 day plan to follow for your business growth. But that's not all. The second part of the event is a networking mixer EXPERIENCE and panel, which will provide an opportunity for participants to connect and network with other women in business. The event will feature specially curated cocktails, a DJ to facilitate high energy vibes to keep attendees engaged, and a keynote segment of inspiring, successful women in business who will share their experiences and insights on entrepreneurship. The keynote will be followed by a Q&A session, where participants can ask questions and get advice from the panelists. The event will also include a red carpet experience combined with a vendor shopping experience.

As a serial entrepreneur, her passions led her to create a women empowerment brunch, the “Who Is She Brunch”, and to create her own social media management company, "Views Crew".
A company dedicated to assisting clientsbuild their brand vision and show up on social media as their best selves. With adiverse group of clientele from celebrity clients to start-up companies her workreaches over 360K followers daily! Outside of business, Erica is a college graduate and member of two prestigious organizations, Alpha Kappa AlphaSorority, Inc. and Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity.

Quadiyyah Monae, founder of Monae Business Co. & now Elevate Her Social, has been in entrepreneurship for the past eight years. She has had her hands in the beauty industry, the e-commerce industry, and is now dominating the coaching space. Monae aspires to help small business owners dominate the space that they are in by implementing strategic business development and marketing strategies. She found that her passion was for helping service providers scale their service business to a multi 6 figure position, like she did for herself, using the proper systems & marketing strategies. She teaches her clients how to master their messagings, improve their content strategy, and build a loyal community all around a high transformational offer.
As a marketing coach, her skill sets, passions, and her love for helping others has connected her with so many different people and opportunities that have helped her become who she is today.
